I had damage to my home and to me was mind blowing. I reached out to my insurance company and was put in contact with Builder Services. Mr Bass made immediate contact with me and in a matter of hours there was a enterauge of equipment showing up at my home. I just knew that I would be displaced from my home for several weeks to months. Builder Services stepped in and took total control of the situation. The entire process was nothing less than stellar on there behalf. Not to mention I was back in my home in a matter of days not weeks! My hats off to the entire staff. Would definitely recommend them bar none!!!

Comment: Returned home to water all over upstairs floors and downstairs ceilings, walls and electrical. Josh came out that day. He took great care us and kept in contact to make sure things went well. Exceptional Customer Service!

Comment: I simply MUST write to you and express my appreciation for what Rickey McBroom and his team recently did for my wife and myself. Coming home to find that our house was essentially ‘under water’ from a 2nd floor plumbing fixture overflow was very traumatic for us! As was the news that all of the hardwood flooring, the first floor ceiling, most of the tile in the master bath and so much more was going to have to be replaced and/or re-finished. All to be capped off with us having to be out of our home, entirely, for something over a week. Phew! But Ricky, from the start, had a way about him that put us at ease. Part humor and part honesty, he kept us in the loop, walked us through the step-by-step, stayed in close touch with us, and did what he said he would do WHEN he said he’d do it. Then, in the end...he gave us not only a beautifully repaired house, ...he gave us back our home.

Comment: I was left with the task of handling an insurance claim for my roof which was leaking due to missing shingles and some storms that had come through my area. I initially hired another company who tarped the roof and it was quite the headache, between setting up a time for them to come out to communicating with the office staff to even pay a bill, I was more than frustrated and decided not to use them for my repairs. I did some research and went with Builders Service. After having a less than pleasant experience with another company- builders services went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. They helped walk me through the whole claim from start to finish, kept me in the loop throughout it and I had the most amazing project manger! Ricky was wonderful! Any questions I had were answered by calls and texts.. which I really appreciated because sometimes I was working and couldn’t answer. Ask for him as your project manager!!! You won’t be disappointed!! The actual roof work went smooth, it looks great, and I couldn’t be happier!!!!!

Comment: Mitigation work went very well. Dylan and the guys that came out Friday night were so helpful during something I have never experienced before. I am VERY VERY pleased with the services we provided.
