This correspondence comes as a letter of thanks to you for choosing to utilize the services of Builder Services. I recently experienced what seemed a disaster to me when my home and the contents were “smoked”. The mess was awful and my own efforts to rectify the situation seemed fruitless.

• Making contact with me upon notification of the circumstances and speaking with me both by phone and in person to relate the timetable of cleanup and working to quickly to restore my home environment to a usable condition.
• Introducing me to her staff and providing me the opportunity to become comfortable with the strangers that would be working in my home.
• Working around my schedule so as not to interfere with my day-to-day activities and using cleaning supplies and materials that did not set off my asthma.

I found in dealing with their representatives that they exemplified the highest level of professionalism, customer service and reliability that I have seen in quite some time.
